Here are answers to the most common questions to help you shop with confidence.

1. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver perfumes to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. What payment method do you offer?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when you receive your parcel.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

4. Will I get tracking details?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS or Shopify notification.

5. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours, only if it has not been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Can I return or exchange my perfume?

Yes, but only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened & in original packaging

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item
    Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

7. What if I don’t like the fragrance?

Since perfumes are personal-use products, we cannot accept returns if the fragrance has been used or sprayed, or returned due to change of mind.
However, you may contact support for guidance on future purchases.

8. Are your perfumes original?

Yes! All perfumes from Whispers Fragrance are 100% genuine. Slight packaging differences may occur due to batch updates but the fragrance and quality remain authentic.

9. What if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your parcel is visibly damaged, report it within 24 hours with:

  • Parcel photo/video proof

  • Order number
    We will assist you according to store policy.

10. What happens if I refuse a COD parcel?

Refusing a COD parcel without a valid reason may result in:

  • Restriction on future COD orders

  • Store account being blocked for repeated fake/refused orders

12. Why does perfume lasting differ from person to person?

Fragrance performance depends on skin type, weather, humidity, and application method, so results may vary for each customer.
