Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver perfumes to all major cities and towns in Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Our team may contact you via phone call or SMS to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applied) will be shown at checkout.

  • COD handling charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address / phone number, the customer may need to pay reshipping charges.

6. Courier Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen situations.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours through our Shopify Contact Us page.

  • Proof such as parcel photo/video + order number may be required.

8. COD Order Refusal

  • If a customer refuses to accept a COD parcel without a valid reason, we reserve the right to:

    • Block future COD orders

    • Take strict action against repeated fake or refused orders

9. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS or order notification.
