Refund / Return Policy

At Whispers Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) and deliver within Pakistan only, please read our refund and return terms carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

• The seal, bottle, or packaging is not tampered with

Return requests will be rejected if:

• The perfume has been used or sprayed

• The product is damaged by the customer

• The packaging or bottle is not in original condition

2. Return Request Time

• You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order

• After 3 days, the item will not qualify for return or refund

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

• If approved, refund will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash

• Refund processing time: 5–10 working days

COD charges and delivery fees are non-refundable

4. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose an exchange if stock is available.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• If the item is faulty or incorrect → Return shipping will be covered by us

• If you change your mind or don’t like the fragrance → Return shipping will be paid by the customer

6. Order Refusal (COD)

Since we offer COD:

• If you refuse the parcel at delivery without a valid reason, you may be blocked from placing future COD orders

• Repeated fake or refused orders may lead to a permanent ban from our store

7. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

• If the parcel is visibly damaged when received, you must report it immediately with:

  • A photo or video of the parcel

  • Order number and details

8. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us through our Shopify Contact Us page with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photo or video proof (if applicable)
