1. General

  • These terms apply to all orders placed on our Shopify store.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian.

2. Product Information

  • We sell perfumes for personal use.

  • Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in packaging or color may occur.

  • We do not guarantee identical results for every user, as fragrance longevity may vary based on skin type and environment.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan only.

  • Prices may change anytime, but confirmed orders will be charged at the price shown during checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, our team may contact you via phone call, SMS, or email to confirm details.

  • If we cannot reach you for confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver perfumes to all cities in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location (usually 2–7 working days).

  • Whispers Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Return & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund/Return Policy page.

  • We may reject return requests if the product is used, damaged, or not in original condition.

7. Fake or Fraudulent Orders

  • If an order is identified as suspicious, fake, or fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately.

  • Customers who repeatedly place fake COD orders may be blocked from our store.

8. Liability

  • Our perfumes are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or sensitive areas.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

  • Whispers Fragrance is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damage related to product use.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • You must provide correct name, phone number, and shipping address.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, you may need to pay reshipping charges.
